Shopping with Maggie

Well, Pat's been doing the shopping for a while, but Maggie and I have had 2 very successful shopping trips this week. She is such a good helper!! She helped me carry things to the van, she helped load the van, and then I asked her to get into the van while I wheeled the cart back. After slamming it into place I turned to shut the van door when I saw this sight...

Perhaps she shouldn't have quit gymnastics???

The Nerd

Well, besides being on the volleyball team, our little Bradley, has now been cast in the fall play for Tosa East Players, "The Nerd". He will be playing the obnoxious little boy named Thor. It is a small role, literally, and Mr. Thaney even asked him at auditions if he could be smaller. That was a first for Bradley! It only has a cast of 7, so for Bradley to make it as a freshman is quite a thrill. Save these dates: November 2 and 3, and 9 and 10. More details to follow. If you have never seen it, the Nerd is an amazingly funny, laugh out loud show.
