Thanks so much, Chrissie! You sound in such good voice...mellower than usual, and a colorful tone, as well. So far I got some flowers from my sweetie(don't tell Don) and a surprise card from my other sweetie(same handwritting as Don)at the table at work! Calls from Mom and Dad, text from Lindsay, and voice mails from Jesse and Debbie. Julia played me "the birthday song"(Beatles) and the day isn't over yet. THe kids at work thought I was between 4 and 100, so the average is going in my favor. Boy do I feel loved! Tonight, I have children's choir, and adult choir. We will celebrate this weekend when we go to stay overnight in Appleton after hearing the Brahms Requiem. Sounds great to me!
Add phone calls from Julia, the Kelnhofers, email from Pat, balloon and rose and card from Mitchell, and several notes and cookies from the kids in Rainbow Choir. The adult choir sang HB to me, and Don brought a big cookie cake to share. A very nice day, all in all. Thanks everyone! Also dinner at Noodles, yum!
Chrissie, nice job with the colors, however...where is your RAINBOW ORDER!!!??? Ms. Konkol is not going to be too happy... however she and I spoke on Sunday and she realizes that we all make mistakes!!
I can't believe you noticed that!!!! I thought about it when I was doing it, but didn't want to go back and change it, and of course, I thought, no one would notice. Wrong!! Too funny!
FIRST thing I noticed. I'm assuming you meant Ms C. Konkol, but you need to know that there's a reason she has this Rainbow thing. It's a joy and a curse, but I put everything in Rainbow order. Unfortunately I have not figured out how to post colors on this blog. When I do, look out.
Sounds like you had the best birthday ever Joannie! One things for sure, you are VERY LOVED.
I believe that I had CPR training on my birthday. Probably a good thing, being married to that OLD GUY. I figured he had about 1 week to have an attack because all other CPR knowledge is basically gone after a week. THEY SAY it kicks in in an emergency. . . one can only hope.
