Maggie's a Hawk
Hi all,
Just a note to let you know that Maggie had her first practice with her soccer team...the Hawks. Well, this girlie girl with her pink ball is just loving being a soccer player. Look out soccer world...
Oh, and if you are wondering...just because I have both kids in soccer and I'm enjoying it...does NOT make me a "soccer mom." I am just a mom whose kids "happen" to be soccer players.
I'll email their game schedules...but I don't expect you to drive around town to see them...but in case you are in the neighborhood and want to see some soccer...

When I think of the term "soccer mom", I only think of a mom who is constantly driving to practice, driving to games, and then having to stay and watch. It isn't derogative at all, just time consuming.
I'm looking forward to coming to see them play!
