Sorry Jesse, but windows xp and quicktime are not friends. Can't open whatever it is you posted. Can you post it in another form?

OK so this is just painful. When I went to play it, I thought it was the real Beatles long ago, then I saw BEATNIX. So then I went to the site and saw that there actually IS a copy of the Beatles playing a version of Stairway. . . but I'm not sure. Do you think it is really the Beatles - anybody? (It's on the youtube site that this one from Jesse (the PROFESSIONAL TEACHER!) is on.

and Debbie, no it's not really the Beatles. It's a group from Australia called The BEATNIX. They basically just combined "I wanna hold your hand" and "Twist and Shout". But its funny how it all works textually. Stairway came out in '71 when these Sullivan-era beatles were long gone.

So, it IS a video of the Beatles but a different song is being sung and they got it to look like the REAL beatles were singing a song??? Or are the singers actually guys dressed up to look like the Sullivan-era beatles???

The drummer is NOT Ringo?? I was thinking it was their first drummer.

I am a little confused. (so what else is new!!)

It's a really good Beatles cover band playing a version of Stairway to Heaven in Beatles-style. Not the real Beatles.

Yeah, and the OTHER one which I mentioned, which was on the same web site, is just this Beatnix group singing with Beatles pictures.
